Quote of the Day

Stay in shape while on vacation

*Today’s article was written by Nelly Bee. Stay in shape while on vacation Everyone loves going on vacation, but the one down side is that we all tend to overindulge on food and drink while we are away and then have to do some damage control when we get home. However, there is a secret weapon you can use to minimize the effects of holiday indulgence! Just by adding some water activities to your holiday itinerary you can squeeze in a great full body workout that is going to help you to stay in shape while you are away from home. This is suitable for anyone since it is very low impact on the joints. It gives you a full body workout and gets the cardiovascular system pumping as well. -- Product Review --  Most North Americans are not getting enough of the good fats (omega 3, 6, 9, etc) and it is wise to take a supplement of these nutrients when you can. Omega’s are essential to a number of bodily functions including: healthy heart, circulation, cholesterol levels, reduces inflammation, improves immune system, reduces stress, aides emotional imbalance, hormone balance, fertility, headaches/migraines, weight management, brain and joint support, healthy skin, etc. We began discussing the opportunity to review a single bottle of Omega 3 Supreme manufactured by Life & Food back around July 23 rd and the product arrived August 5 th in our mail box in an appropriately sized white bubble plastic envelope. The product was housed in a paperboard box that was printed on all sides with helpful information about the product. Each bottle contains 180 soft-gel capsules offering an impressive 1,400 mg fish oil – 75% omega-e’s (644 mg D

-- Product Review --  How exciting to review high-end, original stainless steel frame, i-Design ID1002 UltraLight Aviator Sunglasses made in France! We initially touched base with the company around July 21 st and picked up at the border on August 3 rd . Not a bad time frame at all. The product arrived in a cardboard box (5” high X 7” wide X 10” long) with 8 air bubble packs, some filled with air, others not. The product itself was housed in a smaller cardboard box (2” high X 2” wide X 7” long); inside - there was another vinyl coated box with a magnetic lid (great for storing these expensive shades), which was wrapped in a small plastic bag. The vinyl box expands when you open it and is cloth lined. Inside, I found a small black eyeglass cleaner cloth wrapped in an easily removed plastic covering, that has the iDesign logo printed on one corner of it. And the glasses were encased in a black cloth drawstring bag, also with the logo printed on it

-- Product Review --  Vitamin D3 is officially known as cholecalciferol , nicknamed the "sunshine vitamin" since the body naturally produces it when exposed to the sun.   Aside from exposure to sunlight, you can also obtain Vitamin D3 by eating certain foods, such as mushrooms, fish, eggs, and milk products fortified with the vitamin. Vitamin D3 is a crucial nutrient for overall health – especially in areas that have long winter periods, people who use a lot of sunscreen products and those who spend a lot of time indoors. Even though the body is capable of manufacturing Vitamin D3 from the UVB rays of sunlight, millions of individuals are deficient in this nutrient. Vitamin D is involved in many aspects of good health from maintaining muscles, bones, teeth and immune system, to emotional issues and skin problems. I was quite excited to have the opportunity to review Zahler's supplemental doses of this critical vitamin. We started the discus
