-- Quote of the Day --
"Keep
away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people
always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can
become great."
~ Mark Twain

A hot air balloon does not get into the air by chance. The deflated shell springs to life as hot air
is generated from an underlying burner.
Applying this to life… when pursuing a dream, you may find two types of
people on the sideline. Those that turn
your burner “off” and those that turn your burner “on.”
Some people attempt to deflate a young dream
with the drop of a word. Still others take
pride in inflating a fragile ambition with praise and admiration; watching with
pride and awe as the dream ascends into the sky with beauty and grace.
If aligned with those that are great, you too will be destined for the
same. It is important to remember,
however, that with success comes a higher calling. As you ascend into the skies confident and
secure, look below. Others will be
scrambling to embark on their own adventure.
As you complete your journey and prepare to embark on the next, feel your balloon inflate with your own self
confidence. Look around as others
scramble to inflate their balloon for the first time. Take your knowledge of what is great and offer
assistance. Remember what it was like to
start new.
Whose burner will you light today?
